We recently stayed at a wonderful chalet in Hakuba for a week. The manager went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, picking us up from the train station and providing a cot for our little one. The location was perfect, with easy access to the shuttle bus route and plenty of food options nearby. The apartment was modern, clean, and had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen. Communication with the property hosts was excellent, and they even provided a convenient daily bus service to the supermarket.

The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the main shuttle bus route and plenty of food and drink options nearby. The staff were accommodating, picking us up from the train station and providing a cot for our little one. Communication beforehand was excellent, making our trip to Hakuba seamless.
The hotel breakfast menu could have offered a bit more variety.

Great location: The hotel is conveniently located near Hakuba Base Camp, where you can easily catch buses to all the resorts. This makes it very convenient for skiing and exploring the area. Spacious accommodation: The apartment we stayed in was roomier than most other accommodations in the area. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Lack of hanging space: It would have been nice to have more hooks or racks to hang our outdoor gear. This would have made it easier to keep everything organized and dry.
